Personality:Oh gosh, where to start with this girl?
First and foremost, she is quite a bit of an airhead. She sometimes doesn't even realize what's going around her, and has a tendency to forget small things such as telling her right from her left or how to recite the alphabet. Even though her allegiances began with the Cheerios, who were often cruel and demeaning towards the Glee club, Brittany was much more sincere-- in fact, she even quickly developed friendships and allegiances with the members, befriending even the least popular kids in the group.
She is a generous, kind, and caring person with quite a lot of naivety and neglectful innocence, to the point she is often, and rightfully so, called stupid. She is, however, extremely sensitive to this word and has only as of recently started defending herself against it, calling it bullying and claiming she wouldn't stand for it any longer. She is a follower in every sense of the word, often looking to others, such as Santana, for guidance. This has led her to do some cruel things in the past, though she honestly had no idea what she was doing. Without someone to lean on and to follow, she tends to get in a lot of trouble, such as getting lost in the sewers for the majority of summer break.
She absolutely hates when her friends bicker and fight, and often will speak up to try and break up the issue in her own Brittany way-- mostly by yelling things like 'Stop the violence!!!'. She pretty much has no filter to the things she says, and will often proclaim random things without processing to think about it first, such as 'I think my cat has been reading my diary' or 'dolphins are just gay versions of sharks'. There is no rhyme or reason to when these sorts of things will be said-- she just proclaims them as they pop into her head. Her extremely sincere and childish nature leads her to believe a lot of odd things, such as truly believing in Santa, thinking someone coming from Ireland automatically made them a leprechaun, that if she fed her cat candy it would poop chocolate bars, etc etc the list will go on forever. While this trait is usually harmless, it can be used against her-- it's very easy to convince her of things, such as the magical properties of a comb, or even to the extent of willingly offering herself to be blasted out of a cannon because she thought the cannons family was in financial crisis. Usually Santana is around to crisis control people attempting to manipulate Brittany, but she is definitely guilty of doing it to her herself sometimes.
She is all in all incredibly sweet and sincere, and doesn't really seem to hold any bias towards others for any reason. Gender, race, sexual preference, mental disabilities; none of these things equate into her viewing of people, and she will treat you just as nicely either way. She herself, while never explicitly stated in so many words, is likely pansexual, and willing to date (or make out with) anyone, regardless of gender or lack there of. Brittany is just a child at heart, and acts as such, regardless what others think.
